"Lisa in the office has been perfect in communicating effectively and putting my mind at ease when it comes to the unfortunate situation I was facing in my car (bugs are NOT for me). Brandon, the technician, was thorough and candid when it came to explaining how many services I would need. In a world where companies will do anything to take advantage of your wallet, Beacon stands out against them. Initially I was recommended 2-3 services for extermination, but after spraying just once Brandon explained he did not see a need for a second service. I’d rather be safe than sorry though and scheduled a second service. I saw a drastic decrease in activity after the first spray. From exceptional customer service to outstanding results (not to mention the most reasonable price I received when shopping for estimates), Beacon is certainly the pest control company you’d want handling your needs."

"Not only does our tech give us a very nice warning that they are on the way give us some time to get ready, but when they are here they're very personable not only was Jordan very personable, he listened to what we had to say, and reacted to what we had to say. We asked him to spray two additional areas and he did so immediately. He explained to us where our aunt problem was actually coming from, and showed us, and then promptly took care of it. Before he left we told him about wasps everywhere and he took an additional half hour or more to spray everywhere the wasps were and put down something that kind of would detract where they would come to. We would highly recommend this service, so far. This was our first spray and already we notice a difference. We were worn there could be a slight uptick in travels of ants due to the disturbances with the spray. We are ready. Everyone should use this service if they are wondering, it wasn't very expensive they have good plans to have a regular spray and they will come back in between if you ask. Again, thank you Justin for your hard work, we really appreciate your attention to our HOME!"
