"I’ve been here twice. First time was a positive experience. However second one, hugely disappointing. First, you’re forced to register on their clunky, useless website just to book an appointment. Fair enough. I showed up 10 minutes early, greeted the staff, and was met with complete silence. Not a word, just a glance. I had booked service for another friend as well and he joined me right on time. When the 2:30 appointment time came, I could see a barber sitting around scrolling on their phone, another one loitering at the back clearly not busy, but none of them bothered to ask why we were there or offer any assistance. After waiting 17 minutes with still no interaction from the staff, we both decided to walk out. To top it off, they later rang me to ask why I hadn’t shown up. When I explained the situation, the bloke on the phone insisted my appointment was at 3:30 – even though both the website and confirmation email clearly said 2:30. I offered to show him the sms I received. Instead of offering an apology, he just suggested I reschedule! I told him the real issue was their failure to engage with customers—how does someone walk in and walk out without being seen, and no one notices? Again no acknowledgment or understandings The whole thing was handled with zero self-awareness or accountability. If you value your time and expect even the bare minimum of service, do yourself a favour and give this place a miss."

"Had a haircut and shave with Savannah. She was soooo nice and easy to work with...all despite working with a sore back. This was my first experience with having a straight razor shave. The conversation was great, the hot towel felt amazing, and atmosphere created a wonderful experience with great people. Thanks for the wonderful time Savannah!"

"This is an OUTSTANDING barbershop! I have been going here for approximately 13 years now. I have NEVER gone to any other barbershop during that time because I’ve been so impressed with the quality of service that I have received here. I originally came here in 2009 when I lived in Baldwin Park but I am so impressed with the service that I still come here despite moving to Oviedo. Harvey and Lisa run a well oiled machine that provides excellent customer service and great haircuts….Their professionalism and kindness and willingness to go above and beyond what is required makes me feel at home when I’m in their establishment. I feel more like a family member rather than just a client. I would also state that Sandy who cuts my hair is really the gold standard for a barber. She’s a perfectionist and a sweetheart and her grooming skills for both haircuts and beard trimming are quite unparalleled. Overall, I would say that if you live in this side of town, this is definitely where you should have a haircut."
