I called on a Saturday morning with no expectations of being serviced since it was a weekend/last minute but Nick answered the phone and assured me they could help. I was able to get a same day appointment! Javier came out and he repaired the issue. I really appreciate Javier for letting me know up front how much the service would cost (there was a weekend fee but I thought it was completely reasonable considering so many other companies don’t even offer weekend appointments). I called and left a voicemail at other local companies who claimed they were open on the weekends and never even got a callback from them. The fact I called Choice Plumbing and was met with a response right away truly impressed me. Overall, Choice Plumbing was timely, professional, and a pleasure to work with! For the size of the tank and all of the labor involved for the job, the quote was more than fair. After accepting the job, I was immediately scheduled for the next morning.
