Paul was born in Toronto, Canada and moved to Seminole County in 1991. Paul is a graduate of Seminole High School in Sanford, Florida, and he has strong ties within the Seminole County community.
Education
Paul graduated from the University of Central Florida Rosen School of Hospitality Management with a degree in Restaurant and Food Service Management.
He went on to law school at the University of Florida Levin College of Law where he graduated with honors and was regularly on the dean’s list.
Paul also received a book award in Sports Law, recognizing him as the highest-ranked student in the class.
Experience
Paul is the co-founder of Cipparone & Cipparone, P.A., which opened its doors and began serving clients in January 2013. Paul concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust administration, and real estate – both commercial and residential. Paul works with clients to tailor an estate plan suited to accomplish their objectives.
Paul’s experience in estate planning includes, but is not limited to, preparation and administration of revocable and irrevocable trusts, counseling a family through probate, advising on homestead, family limited partnerships, life insurance trusts, and sales of business interests to trusts. Paul also represents clients in all facets related to the purchase, sale, or ownership of commercial real estate.
Since 2013, Paul has been named a Rising Star in estate planning and probate for Florida Super Lawyers, a nomination that less than 5% of lawyers in the state are selected for by their peers for excellence in their profession.
Paul is an active member of the Florida Bar. Paul previously served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Foundation for Seminole County Public School – a role in which he served for one year as chairman. Outside of the office, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, traveling, playing golf, and he is a fan of all things Florida Gators.
