"Kevin and his associate did an excellent job in every aspect of my mattress, delivery and removal of the old mattress. They were on time and kept me well informed about the schedule. Very professional and trustworthy.I love this company and would highly recommend them."

"Such an easy transaction. Seamless, online/user friendly page. All details included during sign-up process so I wasn’t left with unanswered questions. Communication was clear and fairly inexpensive compared to other removal companies I researched in the area. They were in and out of my apartment in 5 minutes! I had a large, sectional couch that took much longer to bring in than they did to remove. Overall, happy customer and will use again."

"SERVICE FAILURE BUT ULTIMATELY RESOLVED Original Experience: Paid $1,909 for 6,000 sq ft basement/garage cleanout. LoadUp’s contractors delivered: • 9+hours late arrival (7:30 PM vs morning start) • Brought 4-year-old child to dangerous work site • Crew included workers physically unable to perform duties • Used inadequate 8x8 trailer for massive house cleanout • ABANDONED disabled crew member at our home - we paid $84 Uber for his safe return home at 11:30Pm • Completed only 25% of contracted work - 3 desks, workbenches, debris, and tools still remained • Left street lined with uncollected trash bags • Crew returned the next day to “finish the job” but scavenged through our discarded items Additional Costs We Incurred: • Professional movers to complete LoadUp’s job: $527 • Additional dumpster rental: $173.56 • Flight change fees due to delays in completing job: $239 • Uber for abandoned worker: $87.95 RESOLUTION: After filing credit card disputes and escalating complaints, LoadUp provided full refund of $1,917.10. AMEX also ruled in our favor after independent investigation, confirming service failure. RECOMMENDATION FOR LOADUP: Implement better contractor vetting and quality control. Bottom Line: LoadUp eventually made it right with a full refund, but their initial service was dangerous and unprofessional. Use at your own risk and document everything."

"Hi LoadUp team, I really enjoyed working on your platform and received great feedback from customers. On one of my last jobs, the app listed the item as a “love seat/couch,” but I posted a picture of the actual item, and it was clearly a full-size couch — much larger than expected. On top of that, the customer also gave me an extra item that was not included in the job description. I removed both items professionally, loaded everything into my pickup truck, and even took photos to document it all. I contacted your support team to explain the situation and get advice on how to handle these kinds of cases moving forward — and I was told it was okay and I’d be compensated a little more. I went above and beyond, stayed extremely professional, and did my job well. But shortly after, my account was deactivated. I received an email saying I was unprofessional, which is completely false. The same email said I could appeal the decision, but I wasn’t given any instructions or follow-up, and my multiple emails since then have gone unanswered. All I’m asking for is a fair chance to resolve this and continue working. I truly enjoyed the work and maintained excellent performance on the app. – Swaid Spall"

"10 stars if I could!!! Blaine was great.. he sent a text that he was going to be my mover and then updated me with the time he would actually be there and he was on time with that. He took great care taking couches out of my house and loaded everything up securely and was very personable and professional.. great job .. I really appreciate his work ethic😊"
