"I work for a small business and we were looking to create a challenge coin for our business. I did extensive research on the web and decided to use Lapel Pins & Coins to request a design for our coin. This company provides excellent customer service from start to finish during our design process. The artist who worked on our coin did an outstanding job creating our design and was extremely patient with us during this process. We requested several design changes to our coin before approving our final design. It only took a few days to produce our coin and the shipping was extremely fast. The coins are high grade quality and our clients and employees are extremely pleased with these! Thank you so much for providing our company with our challenge coin! "We wanted to do something in-house for our solo/ensemble contest but didn't want the kids to walk away empty handed. "Our company started using Lapel Pins & Coins a couple of months ago; we have ordered several different kinds of challenge coins to commemorate tenure and awards. Each order we have received was shipped quickly, has been in great condition, and was exactly what we were looking for. Working with Dani has been great; Dani is an excellent communicator, very responsive and helpful. Our first set of coins that we ordered were difficult; we would receive an updated proof and request another change, probably 5 or 6 changes total, so a lot of back and forth. Dani stayed on top of everything and got us what we needed; I really appreciated Dani working with us and being patient with all of our changes! Overall, our experience with Dani and Lapel Pins & Coins has been outstanding, and we highly recommend them!"

"Just wow! A1 service from the jump! Cori was so helpful through all the drafts and never made us feel rushed to make a decision. After 6 drafts, got approval from management and the pins were ordered. Took exactly 2 weeks for the pins to be made and received in Minnesota. Thanks again, Cori! Will order again in the future!"
