"Gabriel arrived 20 minutes of calling him on a Saturday afternoon! Turns out my door had a lot more problems than what meets the eye. He was very professional and showed me all the problems with the door. The frame and door was rotting, had been damaged from the inside out, and was very poorly installed. All this issue is what had contributed to the door and lock jamming so frequently. He replaced the lock, put in some reinforcements, and made the door very sturdy. In short, he did everything he could, short of replacing the door and frame. He also walked me through everything he was doing and never once talked down to me. He also gave me tips on how to secure the windows, etc. Basically, he went above and beyond! Very impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and customer service.
