Who am I and why should you work with me? Great questions. I'm Eve Lumsden, founder and Managing Attorney of Lumsden Law Firm.
My firm was born out of love for helping clients navigate the complex legal field of protecting not only the assets that they have worked their whole lives to accrue, but understanding how to create the best possible scenario in case of incapacity. After caring for both of my aging parents and experiencing their pain during their ailments, I realized that so much of what I do for others is still a mystery to most – and I became determined to demystify the areas of estate planning, probate, and guardianship for those who need my services.
After working for other firms and doing estate planning in bustling downtown Orlando, I realized that I wanted a quieter, gentler type of practice. One where I can dedicate my time to truly getting to know my clients and understanding what is important to them. One that treats each client with dignity and respect, and provides the time and compassion that they deserve. One that puts my hospitality, my education, my experience, and my personality into every client. One that treats each client, regardless of age, with the level of care I gave my parents.
