Gabriel and his team were wonderful, friendly and efficient and cleaned up so well after their work we couldn't tell they had even been there! On top of that their prices were very very reasonable! "If our driveway extension job only involved the pavers, it'd likely be a five star review. The pavers look great. Unfortunately for us, the job also involved relocating a few sprinkler heads. And when after the completion of the job the zone in question wouldn't turn on, I reached out to the company asking for a repair. As the result of the attempted repair, half of my back yard was dug up in search for the valve (that's right, no equipment to located it), and will now need new sod (see the photos of the yard before and after the attempted repair). Additionally, when my irrigation contractor finally repaired the zone, and re-connected the wiring which was also incorrectly spliced during the attempted repair, we've discovered the zone was never connected at all - the supply pipe was not connected to it (see the photo). If the contractor would simply acknowledge their lack of experience and knowledge of irrigation systems, they would've saved the expense of remediation for me, and embarrassment for themselves. Yet, twice - first when negotiating the job, and next when discussing the repair they've assured me they can do it. Unfortunately, they were incorrect, and I ended up stuck with a nontrivial bill for irrigation services and the new sod as the result of their actions. EDIT: Since sprinkler heads relocation being part of the contract has come up in vendor's response, I'm attaching the text exchange with the vendor. The sprinkler head relocation was also discussed verbally at the time of estimate. But, true, it's not on the estimate, and that has been addressed over text."
