"7/28/25 UPDATE: I’ve bumped up my review from 2 stars to 4 stars. They came back out to try and fix the issue immediately. I appreciate that. — I wish I could give a 5 star review like everyone else. I want to give a 1 star review, but Regina was very nice every time I called, emailed, or texted, and for that alone, I’ve bumped it up to 2 stars. I posted in a private Winter Haven Facebook group looking for lanai screen quotes. Garrett commented on my post with a quote. I signed my contract on 4/25/25. They didn’t send someone to build/install my lanai screen until 7/23/25. First issue: Poor communication. The company incorrectly filed permits with Polk County instead of the City of Winter Haven, which delayed the process over two months. During this process, no one reached out to me to communicate what was going on. I had to reach out every two weeks for an update because no one was contacting me first. On July 7 (over 10 weeks after signing the contract), I reached out again to get an update. The next day, Regina informed me the permits were approved and we were ready to schedule. On 7/8, Regina said she would narrow down some dates and let me know when they can get me in the schedule. I didn’t hear anything until I reached out to them on 7/18 for an update. At that point, Regina said she can schedule me for the following Monday, to which I said yes. When Monday finally came, Garrett ran into car troubles and said he couldn’t do it until Tuesday. Life happens, I completely understand. I was just happy that my lanai screen was finally getting done! On Tuesday, he was still unable to do it due to car troubles and moved me to Wednesday at 8:30 am. Again, I understand, no problem. When Wednesday finally arrives, no one showed up until noon. I don’t mind this at all, but please at least keep me updated. Second issue: Poor workmanship My lanai was screened on Wednesday 7/23. I was so happy! Sadly, my joy was short lived. There are multiple large gaps in the frame that allow bugs to come in. I can’t sit in my lanai and enjoy the $1395 I spent because I’m covered in ant bites and bug bites. My cats are scratching themselves from the bites. If I wanted bugs crawling in and biting me, I could have saved $1395 and left my lanai unscreened. I am so disappointed by this. The frame does not sit flush, creating a large gap. The door also has multiple gaps, allowing more bugs. When I called the office and spoke with Regina, she was surprised because Garrett was the one who did the job. She said they can see if someone can come out and fix it whenever they have someone going to Winter Haven for a different project. I asked if she had an estimated range for that. She said no. I don’t understand why they can’t schedule a technician to come out to fix this asap? I paid $1395 for a properly done job, but instead, I get this. I’m shocked because of how amazing the other Google reviews are about their workmanship and fast scheduling. If you don’t want to drive to winter haven to fix a poorly done job, don’t advertise yourself in a private winter haven Facebook group. I’m now left with a lanai that has multiple gaps, a bunch of bug bites, and no idea of when someone will come fix this. Overall, I sadly cannot recommend Pittman and Sons to my Winter Haven neighbors. Maybe you’ll have a better experience if you’re in Titusville, but I can’t say I will personally work with them again. I will most likely have to pay more money to someone local to fix this issue. I don’t want to wait weeks or months for more slow communication until they can send someone to fix this."

"I had Pittman and Son’s come out and rescreen our pool and patio area. After approving the estimate they were out in 4 days. Tony and the other workers were high speed in spite of the fact that I would interrupt with questions 😂. If you live in a high bug population area you MUST get 20/20 screen. This is literally out by and in the pool and gnats can’t come in. We are so pleased with everyone we dealt with. Not only new screen we have new: door knobs and closers (3), all new hardware top to bottom, bottom sealer on all 3 doors and more."

"This review is a little late. Thank you! This extra large patio that you built us is an extension to our home! Never thought I would spend so much time outside. We had this done during Covid and is the best thing we ever did. The quality is amazing. My cat can now come and go as he pleases. Thank you, Garret!"

"Regina was very responsive and accommodating throughout the process. I needed to reschedule due to another contractor not finishing their job on time. It was no issue to reschedule. Tony was my installer, he did a fantastic job, took pride in his work, which clearly showed with the finished product. I'd use them again and recommend them to anyone."
