"I had a fantastic experience with Tim, Al and Rubin today. As soon as they arrived and all the way till the end they showed professionalism, kindness, respect and gave me a lot of teaching lessons about the new AC unit they were installing for me. All 3 of them worked very very well as a team and they all had great light hearted moments that kept the great energy going from start to finish. I would highly recommend these 3 for any repairs or replacements and you will definitely learn something by the time they finish! 💯"

"I had such a great experience with Strada Services! Funny enough, I actually ran into the owner, Joe Strada, at a concert. I had already gotten a quote from another AC company, but Joe was not only competitive—he actually beat that quote. The very next day, he had a technician at my home to complete a full AC replacement. The whole process was quick, professional, and hassle-free. The technician did an excellent job with the install and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. My home was left clean, and I could immediately feel the difference in comfort. I really appreciate how fast and smooth everything went—great service, fair pricing, and a company that truly stands behind their work. I’d definitely recommend Strada Services to anyone needing AC replacement or repair!"

"Strada installed an A/C in our home 1 year ago. The unit flooded in my house due to the drain line switch not kicking on when the drain line backed up. When I discovered the flood as I walked into my room, I had to quickly rip up the hardwood floors. After some quick mitigation, I vacuumed the line out and cleared the clog. Even after clearing the drain line I noticed that the unit continued to leak internally. So I called Strata to come look at it. The technician adjusted the fan speed, and said the unit wasn’t running efficiently. He was nice and informative, very helpful. The technician also said that the filter grate was not the proper one, and that he would order it to have it installed. He said the filter should be in a slot that’s behind the grate. About a week later, I got a call from one of their reps. The guy, was so rude and said to replace the grate, that they improperly installed would be $315. Mind you I just paid $7k to fix the flood and $144 for their technician to come out. I told the caller that there must be some confusion, since it was literally take 30 seconds to swap out and the cost for that item couldn’t have been more that $50. The rep. said he didn’t care and it would be $315. At that point I asked to speak to some supervision, his response was that it would still be $315, for something I’m sure I will find on Amazon. I will never recommend this company after the experience and treatment I received from this rep. It wasn’t even the message it was all in how it was delivered and treated me. These photos are the result of the flood. The bowl is in the air intake box because it continued to leak. The cut in the AC box was when they built it and we discovered it once we had to cut the drywall out. Bad experience."

"Updated on this: supervisor and manager got involved. Finally got someone out this week. Tech show up. Cool guy. They give him the wrong part. So unsuccessful. Reschedule. Thur @6pm. Thought it's another no call no show. A tech show up almost 8. Definitely scare the hell out of us when he ring the bell. Dog went barking. Baby got woken up. Anyway, we push through and just want to get this over with. Will share photo of the job that was it taken 4 appointments to complete. Did I mention we need to get someone to fix the hole in the drywall now. Yay There several locations. Not saying all of them are bad. However my experience with them : Schedule service for a back filter grill. Nothing fancy now. 5 hours window waiting. But they didnt show up. No call. Reschedule following week. Bc 1st its someone else faults. So again, No call no show. I heard they really quick and even come out on the weekend for an extra charge of course. If you are paid customer. Now after you paid. Good luck on the warranty job or get them to come out."

"Al Chiarelli from strata electric showed up today on a holiday and we did not get charged a holiday charge which was amazing. He was able to fix the double tapped neutral in our electrical panel and save me $2200 by not having to get a new panel we are so extremely happy with Al and his professional professionalism and we will continue to use strata electric going forward. We would really happy thank you Al."
