Over my 20 years as a professional chef, I have gained experience in a wide range of restaurants and have culinary training and knowledge in a number of cuisines from all over the world.
I am a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, one of our nation’s top culinary programs, and I gained as much experience as possible since then. Now I’m ready to use my knowledge and talents to make your life easier!
