"My wife and I recently remodeled two of our bathrooms. We selected Quincy from Castillo RemodelZone to be our contractor. We have all heard or experienced contractor horror stories (not arriving on time, not arriving at all, don’t know when they’ll be back, poor workmanship, cutting corners, costs you were not told about, etc, etc, etc). That is NOT Quincy! In fact, we found him to be the exact opposite of that. Our experience with Quincy started by him showing up at our home at the time promised. We walked through what we wanted, and he followed up with a detailed, written proposal. No surprises! When the work started, he had crews for each step (demo, drywall/painting, tile, plumbing, electrical, etc). And Quincy very effectively managed them so each was here when needed. All of Quincy’s employees were awesome! We have no complaints about any of them. They arrived when promised, were respectful and professional, worked hard until the job was done, were experienced in their jobs, and cleaned up after themselves each day. Quincy also provided a very personal touch. He always let us know who was coming and when, then followed up at the end of the day to make sure we were pleased with the progress. Next time we have remodel project, we will definitely go back to Castillo RemodelZone. We highly recommend them! Thanks, Quincy!"
