Founded in 1996 by Russ Divine and Ted Estes, Divine & Estes, P.A. is a business law firm that specializes in issues affecting a variety of Florida industries including home building, construction, banking, land and condominium development, leasing and real estate transactions. While our clients include large national companies, many of our clients are individuals who are entrepreneurs and small business owners.
Our clients are primarily land developers, home builders, contractors, banks and title insurance underwriters.
At Divine & Estes, P.A., we are committed to providing our clients with exceptional legal representation. We strive to first understand our client’s objectives and then work tirelessly to see to it that those goals are accomplished. Our goal is to zealously represent each of our clients to the best of our abilities and to always exceed their expectations.
Our firm has deep roots in Central Florida. With our office in downtown Orlando, we are located in a historic Orange Avenue building that was originally constructed in 1890. Three of our five lawyers were raised in Orlando and another has lived here for almost 30 years.
All of the lawyers in our firm are involved in the community in a variety of ways. Central Florida is our home and we are invested in the success and continued growth of our community and clients.

"“Of course, we have fear,” he said. “When you can’t visit him and you can’t get a phone call from him, what do you know? We don’t know if he’s dead … There’s nothing we know.” According to the family, United States officials visited Mohammed in detention weeks after he was arrested. But an email from a consular officer suggests that the officials were unable to gain access to him earlier in July."
