Apple Air Conditioning & Heating

"It isn’t often that you have the pleasure of working with a company that treats you with value and respect. That’s what I got with APPLE AIR CONDITIONING. We are in the middle of an incredible heat wave here in Central Florida. My unit went down last night. I called APPLE this morning and they scheduled me the same day in the afternoon. The technician, BRIAN, called me to tell me he was having lunch and the minute he finished he’d be at my house Shortly thereafter, he checked my unit, located the problem immediately and replaced the capacitor. BRIAN was polite, personable, and genuinely concerned to get me up and running. My total charge for the service call and the part replacement was $211. I have never dealt with a more honest and straightforward company than APPLE air-conditioning. Their entire staff from customer service to technicians are absolutely outstanding. And most importantly, HONEST !!! I know nothing about air conditioning (like probably most of us) so I guess you can consider me a vulnerable target and I have been in the past before turning to APPLE air conditioning. Huge shout out to a wonderful company, and especially to BRIAN, the technician and several others that have serviced my AC unit from APPLE. Bravo, and thank you. (Can I give 6 stars ?)"

"Have had very good experiences with Apple Air. They do not seek to overcharge you, do a good job on servicing the unit and explain what they are doing and why. They also inform you of things you can do to extend the life of your system. Kudos also to Kyle, our service rep."

"My neighbor had his A/C serviced by Apple Air last week and was pleased with the results. He recommended Apple Air to me. So, I called Apple Air on a Tuesday for a routine 'tune-up' in prep for the heat of summer. They were able to schedule an appointment the very next day. The service technician, Kyle, called ahead and gave me an accurate ETA. He arrived on time and was very polite, thorough, and professional. He asked me questions and listened to my concerns, and then explained everything he was doing as I asked a lot of questions. He even cleaned leaf and mulch debris around the a/c unit. I am thoroughly pleased with the entire experience and will recommend Apple Air to my neighbors."

"After receiving multiple bids I went with Apple. Terry the sales guy was attentive and answered all of my questions. I had a two-ton unit and mini-split that needed replacing. Once I signed the agreement the company got to work and scheduled immediately. A team of 4 showed up, splitting the work between the two units. I was very impressed by the professionalism but also they all seemed to be just good people. The mini-split was a bit of a challenge but they were able to solve the issues. They finished up about 6 hours later. The workmanship was stellar, with straight lines on the copper and completely plumb in other areas. They left the area clean and spent time with me on proper maintenance, etc. The follow up afterward was also timely. I called about a humming sound and they showed up an hour later and diagnosed the issue (my intake vent needed replacing). I’m currently waiting for the inspection which should be in the next few days. They also offered interest free for 18mos which I went with. Well done, Apple Air. Very happy with the experience."
