"What a great experience I had with Thomas Roofing. I knew I had a small leak and was not looking forward to spending hundreds or more on getting it repaired. Thomas sent Kevin over the day after I called them. Gave me a 1 hour window, and he showed up within the window, even with GPS issues. Super nice guy and very professional. He inspected the roof, went up into the crawlspace and then repaired the roof from the outside (was a popped nail). He showed me pictures of the crawlspace and used a drone to get the images of the roof so I could see everything. He probably spent a little over an hour taking care of the issue. When I spoke to him about payment, he gave me a price that was a fraction of what I was expecting. What I was expecting to be a horrible experience was actually a very good one. I will certainly be recommending this company and using them when in need."

He even came out to the house to check on the project after. The crew that did our re-roof over the garage were professional and quick (finished in 1 day!) and cleaned up completely. "I had a problem with an intermittent roof leak for at least two years! My old roofer came out several times, trying to fix it, but no good. I called Thomas Roofing, and they sent a consultant out in a couple of days. I told him my problem, and asked him to "think outside the box" and he certainly did! He quickly realized that my problem was with wind-driven rain, not normal rain, and that allowed him to zero-in on the problem, climbing into the attic to take pictures of the discolored wood. A few days after that, a talented professional roofer came by and over the course of two days, found and eliminated four spots where wind-driven rain had been leaking in. Very satisfied. I can face hurricane season with more calm. Definitely recommend."

"After many estimates and stressful meetings with salesmen, I had the pleasure of meeting Michael. He walked me through the process step by step. I had never had to have a roof replacement before and really had no idea other than the little bit of research that I found online. I felt comfortable with the estimate and the explanation of the process. The roof was started before the 4 week time line they gave me. Once the process began, it was a bit stressful with the materials being delivered and the overall noise, but that was of no-fault to the company as a whole. The proceess went smoothly, although a little delayed due to rain. I give them 5 stars because I feel they were honest and reliable. The only con I have is that the roofers themselves were quite messy, and didn't seem to take any care with my plants. Also, they broke a light and didn't even mention it. Although, the contract does mention that they are not responsible for broken plants, etc. I might add that AJ was amazing as well. He was so personable and kind. He came back quickly to retrieve the extra materials that were left behind. Overall, this was a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Thomas roofing for your roofing needs."
