"I have been seeing things posted about Empower Meal Prep and thinking about trying it for a while. Then my sister-in-law told me she was ordering from them and how good the food is. So I put in my first order last Friday and I picked it up on Sunday. That process was so quick and easy. I got a good variety of foods to try and they have all been so good. The look of the foods is pleasing and the flavor has been amazing. I have an autistic daughter who is very picky and she has liked the things she's tried. It's so handy to have the meals on hand ready to heat up and eat. I'm definitely not good at meal planning so this is very helpful to me. Nutritious and delicious.
