"Went on a Saturday afternoon. Instructor only speaks while seated. That really bothers me! At least she could walk around making adjustments and corrections but no. Also, meaning, if you’re a beginner this is not your place! You will be lost. The studio was nice and spacious- it wasn’t full and became claustrophobic. Hard to breathe- not only hot but moist. I had to stop multiple times. They charge $17 for drop in classes- website said $15 - not a big deal but why give the wrong information I wouldn’t come back as I like studios where instructors actually instruct instead of dictating what to do…"

"I’ve been coming here on and off for years and love the vibe. The instructors are very professional and really create a healing atmosphere. My wife and I enjoy coming here on our date nights too! Keep up the great work!"

"Love this studio. Been trying other ones recently and it’s just a reminder that they do it best here! It’s so easy and welcoming to come in for a class. The studios are large and clean and the instructors are fabulous."

"Excellent teachers. I don’t mind music with lyrics, just not during yoga which you are bound to hear every class unless you go to the bikram class. Another issue is that in my month of being there it smelled a little musty. Still I would go back for sure. Give this place a try."
