He was transparent with the cost & how long it would take. He showed up the next day when he said he would to take measurements, then ordered glass the next business day & provided me with approximate date of arrival. The glass ended up coming in earlier than expected, he contacted me to schedule install & showed up again when he said. All broken glass was cleaned up & install was pretty quick.
