"We have spent thousands of dollars with Ace over the last 3-4 years. Most recently we spent over 20k on an air conditioner 6/2025. We were told we could get financing and pay over time (18 months same as cash). That was a lie. During the install our travertine pool decking was scratched up not to mention when they installed the 20k unit whomever the tech was chalked shut the place where you change the filter! I am disappointed with Ace and will not recommend or renew my Family Value Plan. The general mgr was supposed to call me back days ago gave us his cell trying to do damage control for the lie about the financing part. I called and left voicemails several times and still nothing. Damage still hasn’t been resolved. The financial part was a bust. Seems like they are avoiding me. I’m really considering getting an attorney for the false advertising and non response for the damages to my travertine pool decking."
